What you get
Macaron is a desktop workspace for coding agents on macOS and Windows. Open a local folder, choose an agent, and keep its chats, terminals, files and changes together. Local desktop work is free. Your agent uses its own sign-in or your API key.
Pick a flavor
Code keeps terminals, changes and checks close. Writing adds drafts and prose checks. Website brings site maps and code diagrams. Math and CAD put their tools alongside your agents. You can mix flavors without leaving your project.
Local and hosted work
A local project runs on your device. Hosted computers use your Macaron account and credits; availability depends on the configured cloud provider. A hosted computer is separate from your local folders. Closing the app does not cancel an agent running on a remote computer.
